Our Standard method of shipment is UPS Ground. Orders will be processed, fulfilled and shipped in the order they are received. If you require more expedited or alternate shipping methods please email CustomerService@yourartsupplies.com
Instore Pick Up
This service is available to all customers. Your order will be ready for pick up as soon as you receive your order confirmation. Customers must have valid ID that matches the information on the order slip at time of pickup. If you plan on another individual picking up your order for you, please use their info in the "ship to" address at time of checkout.
UHA Pick Up
This service is available ONLY to current UHA students and faculty. Orders placed and confirmed by Monday at 6PM will be delivered to the school’s pick up location that Wednesday. To pick up your order you will need a valid University ID. When you arrive at the schools pick up location to pick up your order your University ID must match the information listed on the order slip attached to your order.
Items Available for In-store Pickup Only
Items marked for in-store pickup only must be purchased separately from any other item, unless all items within the purchase are desired to be picked up at the store.

The prices you see online may differ from our prices at the store. Website prices are only valid for purchases placed through the website.
Please call or email us to authorize all returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns are NOT available on portfolios, projectors, frames, paper products or airbrush products. After receiving your authorization email, pack the items to be returned, including a copy of your receipt and the return authorization email. Original shipping charges for defective items or shipping errors will be credited. Merchandise returned as a result of a customer order error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any order that requires assistance and/or return must be processed through YourArtSupplies.com sales & order department. Orders through YourArtSupplies.com cannot be returned or exchanged at either Jerry’s Artarama of CT or Knoxville’s retail locations.
In the event that you receive a package that has been damaged or tampered with; sign for the package(s) and note that the outside carton appears damaged. If a loss or damage has taken place, notify the carrier by phone within 72 hours. All shipments are insured. If your issue is not resolved by the shipping provider, contact us for further assistance.
