Please call or email us to authorize all returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns are NOT available on portfolios, projectors, frames, paper products or airbrush products. After receiving your authorization email, pack the items to be returned, including a copy of your receipt and the return authorization email. Original shipping charges for defective items or shipping errors will be credited. Merchandise returned as a result of a customer order error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any order that requires assistance and/or return must be processed through YourArtSupplies.com sales & order department. Orders through YourArtSupplies.com cannot be returned or exchanged at either Jerry’s Artarama of CT or Knoxville’s retail locations.
In the event that you receive a package that has been damaged or tampered with; sign for the package(s) and note that the outside carton appears damaged. If a loss or damage has taken place, notify the carrier by phone within 72 hours. All shipments are insured. If your issue is not resolved by the shipping provider, contact us for further assistance.
